Single Coaching Session

Two hour meeting to discuss your concerns and provide guidance around:

  • Diagnostics: first steps, understanding reports, next steps after a diagnosis

  • Therapy: understanding the differences between therapies, what questions to ask, understanding therapy recommendations and data

  • In-Home support: general strategies to improve daily routines, clarity around in-home recommendations from current therapies

  • Related services: guide questions and advocacy to help you work with related services providers (e.g., medical professionals, speech therapists, occupational therapists)

  • Understanding reports and evaluations you’ve recieved

  • Preparation for upcoming IEP meeting

Coaching Packages

Weekly 1 hour meetings to:

  • Provide guidance through the diagnostic process, selecting service providers, and transition planning

  • Discuss any feedback and guidance on documents reviewed (e.g., diagnostic reports, individualized education plans, behavior intervention plans)

  • Training on ABA implementation in the home and guidance on how to work with your ABA therapist

Additional Services Available:

  • Support with school/IEP advocacy

  • Support with medical appointments (preparation and advocacy)

  • Short-term in-home supports (Denver only) to initiate a new routine, prepare for an event or appointment, or to help transition mastered skills or active therapy goals to your home

  • Individualized material creation (e.g., schedules, choice boards, task guides, reinforcement systems)

IEP Advocacy

Support through the entire process annually (3 hours)

  • Meeting to review existing documents (previous IEP, diagnostic and evaluation documents for first IEP)

  • Guidance around your rights during the process, what questions to ask administrative and educational staff, and meaningful goal setting

  • Participation in the annual review meeting
